STROKE
A stroke occurs when a blood vessel that carries oxygen and nutrients to the brain is either blocked by a clot or bursts (or ruptures).
Stroke symptoms include:

blurred vision, dim vision, or loss of vision, especially in one eye

tingling, weakness, or numbness on one side of the body

nausea

loss of bladder or bowel control

headache

dizziness or lightheadedness

loss of balance or consciousness

A heart attack usually occurs when a blood clot blocks blood flow to the heart. Without blood, tissue loses oxygen and dies.
Symptoms includes:

tightness or pain

in the chest

in the neck

in the back or armsā

Fatigue
-
Lightheadedness
-
Abnormal heartbeat
-
Anxiety.
